Environmental Services

Our experienced crew provides turnkey environmental site work services from evaluation and planning to field remediation and geotechnical construction.

It’s no secret that Greenfield property is becoming a rarity; practically no longer existing in the New York Metro area and most other major metropolitan markets given the industrial past. Going forward, most projects will likely require some remediation.

As contractors with environmental remediation expertise, KCC has the experience to manage and conduct large-scale remediation of sites with contaminated soil, sediment, or groundwater and redevelopment of Brownfields.

Our team has successfully completed industrial and commercial sites, but what truly sets KCC apart is our ability to handle all project phases from investigation to design and final cleanup which streamline workflow and lowers project costs.
